nd then there was that time we almost got arrest while taking our Christmas card photo. No, I'm serious. When you receive our card this year...you had better appreciate the photo.I got the idea for the photo from a friend's engagement photo. I called her and asked her where they took it...so that I could try to recreate a similar photo for our Christmas card. She told me...and I was off. I had Amy bring her nice camera into town when she visited....we scoped out the place for the photo....and the rest was supposed to be history. Instead...about 2/3rds of the way through our impromptu photo shoot...two police SUVs pulled up, with THREE officers inside! (see photo above.) They were there to arrest us for trespassing....really? You would have thought that we were doing something really bad....like jay-walking or killing people.
Anyhow, they just gave us a warning instead. But not before Mark snapped this awesome photo of it all about to go down.
So now you're thinking...what kind of AWESOME photo could Destin and April possibly be taking that they could almost get arrested for...well, you'll just have to wait and see....
But here's another cute photo that we shot the same day...and did NOT get arrested for.

Oh my goodness! Seriously? And I really can't believe Mark got a picture of the police....Now I can't wait to see your Christmas card!
I do believe that Mark got the picture of the police. He got a VERY similar picture of Uncle Stan and I when we disembarked from our plane in Barbados where there were many signs stating "no pictures" until you were inside the terminal. Go figure.....
Okay...I thought I commented about this the other day, and I realize now that I (obviously) did not.
This is awesome. I can't wait to see the priceless photo, and hear the story.
